Carron Road,
Falkirk

On  30 October  2023, Crawford Architectural submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) to Falkirk Council  for the site at Carron Road, Falkirk. A statutory 12 week period for consultation commenced on that date and this will run through to 2 February 2024.

The purpose of the PAN is to consult on a proposed residential development comprising around 80no properties for affordable housing. The properties will be a mix of flats, cottages and houses with a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed dwellings.

The first public consultation event took place on Wednesday 13 December and the second and final  public consultation event will be held  on

Tuesday 30 January 2024 between 4pm – 8pm at :- Bainsford Community Hall Davids Loan, Falkirk FK2 7NS

 

This will be a drop in session with visitors able to attend at any time between the stated time son the day.

In addition to the public consultation, this online exhibition is available for viewing. The material used for the online consultation will match the information that will be available at the Public Meeting on 30 January 2024.

To assist consultation, a feedback form has been included and, along with set questions, there is sufficient space to provide any other comments with the proposal. The feedback form will close on Friday 2 February 2024.

 

The proposals for this development have not been finalised – the site layouts and proposals that have been prepared and are included in the Proposals section have been prepared to demonstrate how the site could be developed.

 

This consultation forms part of the formal consultation and has been developed to provide information on the potential development at Corsbie Road. All comments and feedback will be reviewed and considered prior to the Planning Application being lodged with Falkirk Council.
